A staple in Wales, and a brand and product with national reach, Braces Bakery, home to Braces Bread is an established family run business spanning generations. We have worked with the Braces family and teams, creating award winning vinyl vehicle graphics, vehicle wraps and promotional campaigns for their fleet of lorries and vans.
Raised dough – flat panel graphics
Braces fleet contains a wide variety of vehicle types. The range includes low loader luton vans, 7.5t, 10t, 12t, 13.6m trailers and LST’s.For these vehicles we produce long lasting 7-10 year vinyl with a matching over laminate. The vinyl is made for the purpose of heavy duty vehicle graphics and resists wear and tear, regular truck washing. The material is designed for flat panels but is conformable, we heat and form it over rivets and trims .
Bread vans – wrapped
As well as flat sided vehicles Braces fleet contains Ford Transit Custom vans which we have wrapped to match their loaf packaging. Some vehicles have been wrapped with printed designs and some using pre coloured vehicle wrap. These are installed by our qualified technicians and can be fitted at our premises, your premises or at a workshop of your choice.
Award winning bakery – award winning vehicle wrap
The company have three bespoke built exhibition vans based on VW T25 campers. They have had custom fibreglass bodies made to replicate a loaf of bread. We have wrapped these several times to keep upto date with their changing packaging designs in 2019 we were asked to wrap one to promote a new product partnership between Braces Bakery and Sam Warburton (Ex Wales and British Lions Captain). We were really proud of the design and the finish, especially considering the complex body shape. We entered the project in the 2019/2020 British Sign Awards for vehicle wrap of the year and we won! The judges were impressed with our ability to match the design over panels and into the deepest corrugations they have ever seen!
