Print Sauce was formed in 2010 after directors Gary and Matt were suddenly made redundant. Undeterred, they set up shop in a friend’s garage, with very little money and limited equipment. Eight years later the company has grown into two premises and now employs a large workforce of highly skilled staff.
Our aim has always been to put our customer’s best interests first and to work together to create solutions, not problems. We pride ourselves on our efficiency and problem-solving. Although, inevitably with detailed site surveys and specifications, issues do happen from time to time. We believe that our professionalism in handling the unexpected really sets us apart from our competitors.
As a team we use professional reflection and goal setting to learn from our experiences and use this to continue growth and development providing our business with a solid foundation. This is also true for our equipment – we keep up to date with signage technology and invest heavily in equipment that saves time and improves quality.
We value our employee’s skills and are supportive of their development. Our staff members are encouraged to regularly attend workshops and training courses on subjects like social media, video production, and there is also the opportunity for them to complete City and Guilds qualifications. These are in addition to mandatory courses like PASMA, IPA, and CSCS.
